In order to provide additional services to local governments, the Wisconsin Counties Association (WCA) Board of Directors created WCA Services, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Wisconsin Counties Association. The company is governed by a 12-member board of directors and each serves three-year staggered terms.
